The beach house amenities included are a 4-person golf cart, WI-FI, Color Printer/Scanner, a 50-inch Television and 32-inch Television both with all Cable and Movie Channels, 2 Sony Blu-ray DVD Players with DVD’s, Outdoor Grill, Brand New Beach Cruiser Bikes, Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Life Jackets for Adults and Kids, Kites and Games (even a Beach Slip and Slide!) Beach Towels, Luxury Linens, Hammock, Sunscreen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Coffee, Basic Pantry Items and Designer Toiletries.
Seashell Chateau has three bedrooms, and two full baths, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and an outdoor shower with hot water. Two guest rooms have queen size memory foam beds, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and an extremely comfortable memory foam pull out queen sofa bed. There are two separate outdoor living areas with dining tables and beautiful gulf views. Direct walk to the beach or take the golf cart. Relax to the waves crashing and the stunning ocean views!
